Three Generations of the Moses family.

It is my job as a law professor to provide future lawyers with substantive knowledge and skills. I am tasked with using my best efforts to master an entire subject area, whether it be constitutional law, trial and appellate procedure, employment, business law, or any other. I have access to practically everything written on the subject by judges, lawyers, professors and commentators. The research skill I have learned in working at this “global perspective” has made me the teacher I am, and has made all the difference in the representation of my own clients. I also think it will help me be a better judge.
Having a broad perspective of what the law is - and how it has been applied - is the cornerstone to applying real justice to the due process of law.
I believe my training as both attorney and a professor of law plus my desire to make sure there is justice for the people - no matter who they know and no matter what their position is in life - speaks of a fairness that is what people hope for in the law.
I have been a member of Christ Church Frederica on St. Simons since 1999. I love my little church, for its spirituality, its history, and its people. I sing in the choir, and serve as one of its representatives to the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia.
